The **Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport Project** will be connecting residential areas with job hubs, running from St Mary's to the new airport and the Western Sydney Aerotropolis, including connecting travellers to the public transport system.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Leading an interdisciplinary and intercultural team of Documentation Controllers / Assistants
- Implements and maintains all measures necessary for IT-Security (Access control and user rights, integrity of documents, recovery of documents, storage and archiving of documents in paper and electronic form)
- Creates and controls the project document master list to determine the relevant deadline situation with respect to documentation (e.g., plan is on agreed course)
- Coordinates the documents to be created with PM, sub-PM, other project members and any translation of documents
- Submits documents to customer and monitors and controls the document status within the relevant deadlines

**Use your skills to move the world forward**
- Professional experience as a Documentation Manager for the implementation of a similar large turnkey project.
- You have hands on experience using an Engineering Documentation Management System (eDMS).
- Previous experience of leading a group of document controllers desirable
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, multi-cultural environment
