What You'll Do
You will provide hands-on clinical pharmacy services, support patient care and work closely with a multidisciplinary team. This is the perfect environment to sharpen your skills and gain clinical experience that will open doors to future opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Provide efficient clinical pharmacy services to inpatients or outpatients.
- Conduct pharmaceutical admission and discharge reconciliations, monitor medication outcomes such, as therapeutic drug monitoring, to ensure quality use of medicine is upheld.
- Work cooperatively and effectively within a multidisciplinary team and provide advice regarding patient care.
- Contribute to our 6-day roster, including flexible hours.

What You'll Bring
You're at least 1-year into your career as a registered Pharmacist. You've built a solid foundation in pharmacy practice and are now looking to grow your clinical expertise in a hospital setting.

Essential Requirements

- General registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions on practice.
- Minimum 1-year Australian Pharmacist experience.
- Australian working rights, valid for at least 12-month from start of employment.
- Personal Indemnity insurance.
- Vaccination status as required by St John of God Mt. Lawley Hospital
- Working with Children (WWC) Check

Desirable Skills & Experience

- Prior experience working in a Hospital Pharmacy setting
