What you'll do:
You'll be part of the Digital Marketing team where we plan and deliver outstanding excellent integrated marketing campaigns alongside our agency and media partners. Our team runs all digital activity including Programmatic Display and Video, Paid Social, Paid Search, SEO as well as Creative Planning.

In your role as SEO Lead, you will:

- Drive our SEO strategy to deliver against the objectives of all Sky business verticals in collaboration with the Head of Digital Marketing and our agency partner
- Lead the end-to-end SEO delivery process, from research and briefing to implementation working closely with dev teams and Product Owners
- Lead the reach and acquisition of new customers through Organic Search for both commercial product areas and content titles
- Build and champion positive relationships with key internal and external partners including Dev Teams, Brand Marketing teams, Commercial and Trading teams, Digital Product Owners as well as our Digital Agency and Partners
- Drive an integrated approach between Paid and Organic Search with focus on incrementality and efficiency
- Be in charge of an agency team of SEO specialist to deliver on our ambitions across all of Sky products
- Promote a culture of data led thinking within the team, across all media, creative and audience planning
- Provide campaign and channel level insights to business partners on current performance and areas to grow in the future
- Keep up to date with industry news & sharing opinions on industry developments within the team and with the rest of the business, providing your strategic viewpoint of changes and testing ideas

What you'll bring:

- In-depth understanding of SEO landscape (technical and off site) - and knowing how to form an integrated SEO strategy to improve results
- Demonstrated experience of delivering SEO results through effective integration of Organic and Paid Search activity
- Experience in leading a team or agency to run and deliver multiple campaigns and partners to tight deadlines
- A collaborative attitude: consistent track record of working and coordinating with Dev teams, Product Owners and Marketing teams to successfully deliver commercial business results
- Good commercial foresight and ability to work in a fast-paced trading driven environment
- Strong bias about data as well as a strong understanding of attribution models and the ability to explain the business partners
- Extensive knowledge of SEO tools and Analytics platforms including Google and Adobe
- An understanding of the wider Digital Marketing landscape and channels including Affiliates
