Executive Marketing Director

Drive the development of a cutting-edge digital marketing strategy, harnessing AI and machine learning technologies to fuel customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and execute a data-driven digital marketing strategy that leverages AI and ML technologies to drive growth in our customer base.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute quarterly strategies for efficiency and growth.
  3. Establish a culture of data-informed decision making by designing experiments, measuring outcomes, and implementing performance improvements.
  4. Set up a digital marketing measurement centre of excellence (COE) to support performance marketing through self-serve dashboards and assimilated data across multiple platforms.
  5. Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders on campaign performance and strategic direction.
  6. Work closely with internal Data & Analytics teams to enhance data targeting capabilities.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience managing data science models for marketing demand forecasting and econometric analysis.
  • Strong background in digital marketing analytics across display, social, and search channels.
  • Commercial acumen and experience working in trading environments.
  • Hands-on approach with ability to take action, collaborate, and operate at high pace.
  • Forward-thinking with ability to challenge status quo.
  • Excellent communication skills with capacity to work cross-functionally.
