We are a 4-star Hotel located right on St Kilda Rd,

We are currently seeking a hands-on experienced **Front Office receptionist **to join our dedicated and close-knit team.

**The duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Perform accurate and efficient guest check-in, check-outs and accurate credit

card, cash handling and postings.
- Maintaining guest accounts
- Telephone reservations and dealing with different internet distribution channels.
- A professional and welcoming phone manner
- Assisting with all guest enquiries
- Directing internal and external phone calls

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Experience in a similar fast paced role
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Experiencing using computers, Experience with reservations systems - (Room master advantageous, but not essential)
- Professional telephone manner
- A friendly and positive attitude; we are wanting those who go the extra mile to give great guest experiences
- Excellent grooming and presentation standards
- The ability to work a 7-day rotating roster between 7am and 11pm, including weekends and public holidays
- A solid work ethic
- The ability to multitask and work under pressure
- An outstanding "can do" attitude
- A positive personality and sense of humour
- Be able to work autonomously
- Problem solving skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $23.00 - $34.00 per hour
