We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team at our new Tullamarine branch in Melbourne.

Responsibilities:

In response to the ongoing expansion of our business, GSA is offering an exceptional career opportunity for an enthusiastic team player. As part of the customer service team, you will serve as the first point of contact at our Tullamarine branch, acting as a trusted liaison between our valued clients, the Sales and warehousing team.

Ideally, you are an outgoing office all-rounder, capable of providing outstanding customer service while assisting the internal team with general sales administration.

About the Role:

This role is diverse, ensuring that no two days are the same. Following our comprehensive training and onboarding process, your responsibilities will often include:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Processing customer orders via various channels (counter, phone, webstore, and email)
  • Managing stock (inbound and outbound) and accurately recording it in our system
  • Collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient stock management
  • Cultivating relationships and rapport with customers
  • Assisting with returns and backorder processes
  • Continuous learning and development of product knowledge across GSA's range of CCTV, alarms, access control, and surveillance systems
  • Providing general branch support
  • Supporting the external sales team and management

  • Positive can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to adapt to new programs
  • Commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
  • Own transport and a valid driver's license are essential
  • An interest in technology would be advantageous
