**Job Description**:
Rockwell Automation is hiring

We are looking for an **Account Manager, End User** to join us in our **Perth, Western Australia **office.

Reporting to the Sales Territory Manager, Western Austrlia, you will meet allocated sales target through growing existing business / developing new business for all RA products / services / solutions portfolio through a disciplined planning and sales execution process. You establish relationships at assigned accounts including Users, OEMs, and Integrators, while engaging with distributors to ensure efficient use of resources.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a collaborative relationship with the RA Distributor/s and internal stakeholders.
- Develop account plans for assigned account packages which includes systems integrators, end-users, OEMs, EPCs.
- Spend at least 70% of time visiting customers to support account plans.
- Adopt our disciplined approach to managing sales opportunities and front-log using available sales tools.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through contacts / visits. Facilitate resolution of customer issues.
- Analyse current business levels against allocated sales target and provide monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecasts.
- Stay current on Industry trends, competitors, market drivers and RA offerings.
- Perform any other relevant responsibilities as and when assigned by Manager.

**The Essentials - You Will Have**:

- Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
- More than 3 years selling experience in the industry
- Experience selling in Mining Industry
- Local travel within WA

**The Preferred - You Might Also Have**:

- Experience in Channel Management and Distribution
- Exposure in industrial automation products such as DCS, PLC
