About the Role

This position leads a primary customer support team, ensuring reliable end-user support to office, field, and off-shore workers. The role is accountable for designing high-value outcomes through collaboration, innovation, and building a performance-driven culture.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Developing an ongoing management of an operational model, including standards, guidelines, and processes in support of business outcomes
  • Advocating for diverse customers throughout the organization to enable self-help, low-effort, and first-time resolution to incidents and tasks
  • Driving performance-based outcomes through regular coaching and measurement against team and individual metrics
  • Managing resources effectively to ensure coverage across all facets of end-user computing, assistance, executive support, meeting room support, and ticket management
  • Participating in vendor management to ensure efficiency and return on investment
  • Acquiring knowledge of tools and systems that support delivery of end-user services
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Relevant qualifications in IT or Computer Science with extensive experience working and leading in a service delivery role within a large corporate environment
  • Good supervisory skills with the ability to mentor and coach staff, contractors, and service providers to deliver a seamless support service
  • Experience in maintaining service excellence within current and emerging technologies
  • Certification in Service Management frameworks is preferred
  • Proactive and confident in delivering IT initiatives
  • Collaborative and engaging in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Resilient, adaptable, and flexible in meeting business goals
  • Experience with ServiceNow Platform is desirable
