**The Opportunity**:
Due to growth of our business we are now looking for an End User Support Technician to join our IT Service Delivery Team.

The purpose of the End User Support Technician role is to ensure customer satisfaction and business efficiency by providing ongoing support for, and development of, Komatsu's personal computing environment including and not limited to printing, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Office365, OneDrive and Microsoft InTune.

**Roster**:Monday to Friday

**Role Located**:Welshpool

**Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Strong customer service skills
- ITIL Foundation Certificate (either v2 or v3)
- At least 3 years' experience in desktop support in an organisation with a Standard Operating Environment with more than 500 seats
- knowledge with printing, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Office365, OneDrive and Microsoft InTune
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 7 and later)
- Good working knowledge of client management platforms such as Microsoft Systems Centre Configuration Manager
- Experience in working with Microsoft Group Policies
- Experience with Microsoft Office365 platforms
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively under time constraints
