We are looking for an energetic and motivated Used Car Sales Manager to take full responsibility and grow the Used Car Sales department of our highly successful dealership

**The role**:

- Generating Sales and leading the sales team
- Training and mentoring the sales team
- Setting and measuring Kpi's
- Work closely with the Dealer Principal to ensure the successful operation of the used car department
- Manage all day-to-day operations of the department
- Ensure Used Car department is operating at optimum capacity
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide a high level of professionalism
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

**About you**:

- Used Car Sales Manager experience with a proven and successful track record in retail automotive
- Ability to drive sales targets and exceed kpi's
- you are a hunter
- Experience in leading and building a highly successful sales team
- Drive and determination with good organisational skills and time management
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
