Delivery And Installation Manager

Our client is seeking a highly organised and self-motivated Delivery & Installation Manager.
This role is integral to our client's operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery and installation of equipment.
About the Role
Oversee the end-to-end coordination of delivery and installation processes.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive scheduling system for orders and installations up to 14 weeks in advance.
Keep customers informed with timely updates on order progress and delivery / installation dates.
Monitor daily job progress to ensure adherence to the schedule.
Collaborate closely with the Procurement Manager to manage equipment ordering and delivery.
Organise daily installer routines and ensure they have all necessary information before job commencement.
Resolve any issues or troubleshoot problems related to installations.
About You
Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently and make proactive decisions.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and contractors.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational capabilities.
Proficient in administrative tasks with advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Competence in negotiating prices and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience in scheduling, project management, or delivery & installation coordination is highly desirable.
