Found—Space, Australia's leading Hormetic Technology company selling Infrared sauna, ice bath, and other longevity-based products, is seeking a customer service professional to facilitate the delivery and installation of our products to customers' homes and businesses across Australia.
The Role
As part of our Operations team, your official title will beDelivery and Installation Manager.
You will play a key role in shaping our customers' journey by overseeing the seamless delivery and installation of our products.
A major part of the role involves coordinating logistics across Australia, ensuring that deliveries are carefully scheduled and executed to meet customer expectations regardless of location.
From warehouse to customer site, you'll oversee the end-to-end process.
Additionally, you will be responsible for processing payments in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accuracy and building trust with our customers.
Responsibilities Include:
Contacting clients
Processing payments
Liaising with installers for installation dates and times
Problem solving
Accurate note-taking
You will need a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing a complete and remarkable customer experience.
The ideal candidate;
Shows great initiative and attitude
Has an excellent phone manner with both customers and contractors
Possesses great IT skills; CRM experience is preferred, with HubSpot and Netsuite being advantageous but not mandatory
Has freight/logistics experience—preferred but not necessary
Can handle pressure effectively
Has outstanding organizational skills and record-keeping abilities
Can problem-solve autonomously
Demonstrates a healthy lifestyle and is a non-smoker
Further Details
You will be based in Melbourne, working from our Vermont office.
There is an option to work two days a week from home after training.
