Job Opportunity: Delivery and Installation Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery and Installation Professional to oversee the seamless delivery and installation of our products across Australia.

  • Coordinate logistics across Australia, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Process payments in a professional manner, maintaining customer trust.
  • Liaise with installers for installation dates and times, problem-solve and maintain accurate records.
Key Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, keen eye for detail, and exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Initiative, excellent phone manner, and strong IT skills, particularly CRM experience with HubSpot or Netsuite.
  • Freight/logistics experience preferred, but not necessary.
  • Able to handle pressure effectively, possess outstanding organizational skills, and record-keeping abilities.
  • Autonomous problem-solving and a healthy lifestyle.
