Job Title: Delivery and Installation Coordinator

About the Role

The company seeks an organised and self-motivated individual to oversee the end-to-end coordination of delivery and installation processes.

  1. Develop a comprehensive scheduling system for orders and installations up to 14 weeks in advance.
  2. Keep customers informed with timely updates on order progress and delivery/installation dates.
  3. Monitor daily job progress to ensure adherence to the schedule.
  4. Collaborate closely with the Procurement Manager to manage equipment ordering and delivery.
  5. Organise daily installer routines and ensure they have all necessary information before job commencement.
  6. Resolve any issues or troubleshoot problems related to installations.
About You

We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and contractors.

  1. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and proactive decision-making.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational capabilities.
  4. Proficient in administrative tasks with advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  5. Negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  6. Experience in scheduling, project management, or delivery & installation coordination is highly desirable.
