About the role

We are seeking a full-time Whitegoods Delivery and Installation Assistant to join our team at Eurolink Australia Pty Ltd in Dandenong, VIC. In this role, you will be part of a two-person team responsible for the safe and efficient delivery and installation of a range of household appliances, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  • Safely transport and deliver whitegoods such as washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, and dishwashers to customers' homes
  • Deliver and/or unpack and install the appliances, ensuring they are properly connected and functioning correctly when required
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering any questions and addressing any concerns
  • Dispose of all packaging and waste materials in an environmentally responsible manner
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work vehicle, ensuring all tools and equipment are well-organized and in good condition
  • Liaise with the office team, when required to coordinate delivery schedules and manage any changes or issues

What we're looking for

  • Experience in the delivery and installation of household appliances would be an advantage, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide outstanding customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety, ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard
  • A valid driver's licence and the ability to safely operate a delivery vehicle. An MR licence would be an advantage
  • The ability to learn and to be able to step into an installer roll
