The Strategic Partnerships Team is responsible for contributing to the growth of the Little Real Estate property management division, by identifying and securing new properties for management through national and local clients. We achieve this by identifying and establishing new relationships with key accounts, whilst managing and growing existing relationships.

The Associates role is to learn all aspects of identifying and securing opportunities for new properties to be managed by Little Real Estate within the local and international community. This role involves calling referred leads, prospecting the area and presenting - with some preparation of appraisals and administrative reporting required in addition to supporting existing relationships in place with local and international referral networks.

**The Role**:

- Build & ma**i**ntain strong relationships with key national and local accounts with a view to increasing new business
- Attend sales meetings, seminars, training sessions and other relevant events conducted by the clients, as required
- Provide market appraisals for the clients, as required
- Ensure potential customers are provided reliable, accurate and relevant advice regarding property movements and industry trends
- Respond to referrals from clients and provide regular feedback on the progress
- Actively network with others in the business to promote LITTLE Real Estate and our strategic objectives

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Is highly energised, driven and self-motivated (key ingredient to being a great in this role)
- Experience in real estate is highly regarded, but we welcome applicants with proven BD or B2B experience and skillset
- Is highly organised and has a grasp of CRM systems
- A genuine, warm human who also understands professionally representing the company
- Enjoys working independently as this drives your business success
- Has the outstanding communication skills to wow our clients and foster rapport
- Has a hunger for setting, achieving and exceeding goals
- Puts their hand up for help when stuck
- Mandarin speaking is highly desired

**You will require**:

- An unrestricted driver's licence and your own vehicle
- A certificate of registration
