To support the expansion of our Oly brand and help build the business we are recruiting an Partner Associate (Account Manager) in Brisbane.

The purpose of the Partner Associate (Account Manager) is to work closely with our dealer channel, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) partners and other key partnerships to educate key contacts on how to sell our Oly novated leases and assist our resellers on how to execute our digital strategies.

You will be supplied with contact names and organisations to book meetings to visit our key contacts in person to educate and upskill our resellers on:

- Product and portal training
- Lead generation support
- Novated Leasing growth
- Brand advocacy

You will establish strong relationships with your key contacts in Brisbane to form long term strategic alliances, provide exceptional service to our partners, facilitate onsite education presentations and identify future opportunities for increased lead generation and novated leasing growth.

You Will Bring:

- Highly developed Account Management/Relationship building experience managing a portfolio of accounts in a sales education focused environment
- A proven track record in a sales or education roles will be highly regarded
- A track record of achieving sales targets will be highly regarded
- Be driven to provide customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge and experience managing workflows and recording notes in databases
- Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Teams (video meetings) experience
