Job Title: Strategic Finance Partner

Overview:

We are seeking a strategic finance partner to join our team and drive financial success through collaborative business partnering.

The role involves delivering accurate and timely management reporting, building budgets and forecasts, and preparing financial profiles for business cases. You will also help track benefit realisation and support both internal and external reporting requirements.

  • You're a commercially-minded finance professional with a passion for partnering closely with the business to drive performance and deliver meaningful insights.
  • With a strong foundation in accounting (CA/CPA qualified), you bring deep experience in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis—particularly within a retail or customer-focused environment.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced setting, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Your ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders allows you to influence decisions and contribute to business success.
  • You're confident preparing business cases, leading benefit realisation reviews, and presenting complex financial information in a clear, compelling way.
