**Key Skills and Experience**:

- Strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems on the go.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Knowledge of hospitality regulations and financial management.

**Mandatory Qualifications**:

- RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues): Required to ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
- Approved Manager's License: Necessary for managing licensed areas and ensuring legal operation.
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol): Essential for serving alcohol responsibly and adhering to legal requirements.
- RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling): Required to oversee gambling activities in a responsible manner.
- CLO (Customer Liaison Officer) Certification: Important for handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively, especially in a licensed venue.

Note: _If you do not currently hold all of the mandatory qualifications, you will be required to obtain them before commencing._
