Gin Operations Assistant

This role involves assisting the Ginner in the operation of the gin, ensuring safety, production, and quality results that meet Management's expectations.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a high level of safety by applying SHE principles to all employees under supervision.
  • Operating the gin to achieve desired outcomes for safety, production, and quality.
  • Maintaining machinery and equipment to the highest standard to ensure continuity of production and quality.

Maintenance Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the physical appearance of the premises and areas under control to the satisfaction of site Management.

Employee Supervision Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting site Management in instructing and tutoring crew members in their duties and responsibilities.
  • Monitoring crew member performance and efficiency.

Additional Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting Ginner and site management with work permits and policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, experience working in a team environment, and be able to follow instructions and guidance from senior staff members.
