Senior Retail Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Retail Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Bottlemart Drive Thru and Detached Bottleshop in Dalby.
The ideal candidate will lead by example, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, driving sales to achieve business goals, and mentoring a team of retail attendants to foster a positive work environment.
- Manage daily operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and staff scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with all liquor licensing regulations.
- Drive sales and profitability through excellent customer service and strategic planning.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, implementing improvements where needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the liquor or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Knowledge of liquor products and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
