**Requirements**:
**Successful applicants will possess the following**:

- 1-2 years experience in an outbound call centre role is preferred - However, if you love talking and have a positive attitude with a high drive this is the job for you
- Amazing work ethics
- Exceptional listening skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Above average influencing skills.
- A great attitude, driven to succeed and able to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- Willingness to be accountable for your performance
- Be a top performer and be proud of what you do
- Ability to improve the customer experience
- Self-motivated starter
- Be able to follow instructions and/or processes
- Demonstrated experience of hitting key targets and KPIs
- Excellent time management and problem solving skills
- Good knowledge of CRM systems or good computer literacy

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engaging with customers over the phone
- Ability to comprehend and simplify the benefits of solar to potential customers
- NO selling, book a free assessment for homeowners that have enquired
- Ensure calls are effective, high quality, maintained, and followed up on
- Achieving set KPIs and Targets
- Reporting to the Appointment Setter Manager
