We're not just selling software. We're selling time, sanity, and success. And we're looking for sales legends (or legends-in-training) to join our fully remote team—no commute, no office politics, and yes, we do have a dress code (from the waist up).

What You'll Do

- Dial and smile: Reach out to potential clients and set up appointments.
- Calendar management: Schedule with precision.
- Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-ups to leads and the sales team.
- Team collaboration: Work with sales teams and partners to deliver SaaS revenue.

A Day in the Life of an Appointment Setter

- Contacting customers: Spend time daily reaching out via phone, email, SMS, video calls, and a dialer.
- Following up on leads: Work leads over a defined period with guidance from the system to reach out across channels.
- Building relationships: Understand Aussie business owners' goals and pain points.
- Training and improvement: Dedicate time daily to learn Thryv software and improve communication through coaching and team activities.

What Makes You Stand Out

- Driven personality with a positive, growth-minded attitude.
- Passion for sales and helping Aussie businesses thrive.
- Strong written and verbal communication; relationship-building skills.
- Tech savvy and quick to learn systems (including Thryv software).
- Business acumen and basic understanding of business language.
- Corporate/call centre experience is valued but not required.

Note for Parents Returning to the Workforce

We offer flexible work arrangements that actually work. We welcome parents and may consider part-time hours for the right candidate (at least four 8-hour shifts per week, Monday to Friday). If applicable, please arrange alternative care for dependants during scheduled work hours.

What We're Looking For

- A positive, driven personality (sales can be learned, attitude cannot).
- Strong communication skills and a love for building relationships.
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems.
- Basic understanding of business language (customers, invoices, profit).
- Previous sales or call centre experience is a bonus but not essential.

Remuneration

We're hiring for multiple appointment setter positions, with package ranges between $65K and $76K depending on the role.
