The Recruitment Officer is part of the dynamic Capability Team in Homes Victoria, providing high-level administrative and client service to hiring managers, prospective and active job applicants, the Senior Recruitment Advisers. Recruitment Advisers, and other stakeholders on a wide range of recruitment-related matters.
The Capability Team has been provided with an exciting opportunity to attract and build capability for Homes Victoria, which has been tasked to deliver the Victorian Government's $5.3 billion Big Housing Build, a landmark social and affordable housing investment together with other significant housing programs and projects. This investment is the largest single investment in social housing in Victoria's history, and will provide more homes, more choice, more security and opportunity for more Victorians at a time when our population continues to grow.

- Provide administrative support in the delivery of end-to-end recruitment including preparing PDs for advertising (formatting); scheduling interviews; conducting pre-employment checks including references: preparing on-boarding documentation: and producing a range of correspondence.
