To succeed in this role, you must have a strong knowledge of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), ASX Listing Rules, and Corporate Governance Principles. A relevant degree and/or governance qualifications are also required. Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills, as well as meticulous attention to detail and exceptional written communication are essential.

You will be responsible for providing a full suite of company secretarial and governance services to a portfolio of ASX listed, public, and private clients. This includes managing relationships with boards, executives, shareholders, registries, lawyers, and regulators, advising on governance obligations, assisting with Board and Shareholder meetings, maintaining corporate records, and developing best practice governance frameworks.
