Corporate Governance Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Governance Officer to support our leadership team in delivering strong corporate governance and compliance.

This role is responsible for ensuring we meet our legal and regulatory obligations under the Corporations Act and ASIC, while supporting the smooth operation of Board functions across the organisation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and minute all Board/Committee meetings
  • Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and relevant legislation
  • Manage ASIC filings, statutory registers, and corporate records
  • Maintain Board and policy documentation
  • Act as liaison between the Board, leadership, and key stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in law, finance, or administration
  • Proven experience in a similar Corporate Governance or Governance role
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and discretion skills
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance and Office 365
  • WWCC, Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
