
Corporate Governance Specialist

As a key member of the corporate governance team, you will provide support to clients in ensuring compliance with ASIC and ASX regulations. This includes preparing agendas and board papers, managing corporate governance processes, and aiding in the implementation of digital governance systems.
About You- Qualifications: A degree in law, business, finance or a relevant field, accompanied by certification in governance or company secretary essentials is required.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in company secretary support, with knowledge of the Corporations Act 2001, ASIC requirements and ASX rules is necessary.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
- Support clients in achieving compliance with ASIC and ASX regulations

- Manage corporate governance processes to ensure seamless operations
- Aid in the implementation of digital governance systems to enhance efficiency
