You will be responsible for supervising a team of Cashiers, providing leadership, guidance, and support to maintain high standards of customer service, compliance, and operational excellence.This is a fantastic opportunity where you will lead with integrity, ensuring compliance in all aspects of your role.A few of your responsibilitiesSet up and manage patron accounts ensuring compliance, accuracy and integrity across all transactionsOversee operations with a focus on maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and proceduresSupervise and guide the Cashier team, fostering a proactive and high-performance environmentCollaborate with various departments, including Security and Surveillance to ensure seamless operationsMaintain a thorough knowledge of the compliance requirements relating to the Casino Control Act 1982, associated Legislation and the System of Accounting and Internal ControlWhat we will be looking forProven experience in a supervisory role within a cash handling environmentExceptional mathematical and analytical skills, with the ability to handle large volumes of cash transactions accuratelyStrong leadership and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for motivating and coaching teamsFlexible availability to work across a 24 hour/7 day roster that will include nights, weekends and public holidaysEligible to obtain a Casino Key Employee license (which includes thorough background checks)About youWith your extensive experience in gaming or cash operations, you'll maintain a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the importance of accuracy and efficiency.
