About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic customer service focused cashier to join the Domayne Bundall Furniture team. Our cashiers have an understanding of life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Customer service focused cashier duties with a strong emphasis on achieving positive outcomes for customers
  • Efficient cash handling and POS operation (experience desirable)
  • Replenishing large volumes of stock and maintaining product presentation
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays
  • Resolve customer complaints and make quick, accurate decisions to ensure happy customers
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form
  • Motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late nights
  • Experience in retail or hospitality environment is advantageous
