Job Opportunity: Cashier Services Leader

The successful candidate for this leadership role will be responsible for supervising a team of cashiers, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of casino services.

  • Primary responsibilities include setting up and managing patron accounts, overseeing operations to maintain compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Key skills required include exceptional mathematical and analytical abilities, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, flexibility to work across various shifts, and eligibility to obtain a Casino Key Employee license.
About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to join our team as a cashier services supervisor. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a supervisory role within a cash handling environment and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • In this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of customer service, compliance, and operational excellence are maintained.
  • You will also be expected to collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a cash handling environment.
  • Exceptional mathematical and analytical skills, with the ability to handle large volumes of cash transactions accurately.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for motivating and coaching teams.
  • Flexible availability to work across a 24 hour/7 day roster that will include nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Eligibility to obtain a Casino Key Employee license, which includes thorough background checks.
