This role focuses on the smooth operation of the Casino Cages and Keno services and requires leadership of the Cashier team to maintain high standards of customer service, compliance, and operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesSet up and manage patron accounts, ensuring compliance, accuracy and integrity across all transactionsOversee operations with a focus on compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and proceduresSupervise and guide the Cashier team, fostering a proactive and high-performance environmentCollaborate with departments including Security and Surveillance to ensure seamless operationsMaintain thorough knowledge of compliance requirements relating to the Casino Control Act 1982, associated legislation and the System of Accounting and Internal ControlWhat we will be looking forProven experience in a supervisory role within a cash handling environmentExceptional mathematical and analytical skills, with the ability to handle large volumes of cash transactions accuratelyStrong leadership and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for motivating and coaching teamsFlexible availability to work across a 24 hour/7 day roster that will include nights, weekends and public holidaysEligible to obtain a Casino Key Employee license (which includes thorough background checks)About youWith your extensive experience in gaming or cash operations, you'll maintain a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the importance of accuracy and efficiency.
