Bookkeeper/Sales Support Officer

**The Client**
Our client is a small but well-established and successful Air Conditioning installation and service company who are known for their exceptional service and quality.
Due to business growth, they are looking for a new member of the team to assist with Bookkeeping, administration and a little sales support work. It's a fun and vibrant environment with great leadership.
**The Role**
This role includes all traditional bookkeeping responsibilities in a small business; invoicing, payroll, AP/AR, debtor management, reconciliations, reporting, preparing BAS, Workcover, Insurances, working closely with the external accountants and various admin tasks.
**The Ideal Bookkeeper**
This role would suit someone who would like to work during school hours or 3 full days per week, whatever suits you best, family and flexibility is important The successful bookkeeper will likely possess:
- Recognised bookkeeping qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong administrative skills
- Immaculate attention to detail
- Interpersonal skills that will shine when working across teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
