As a Bookkeeper you'll manage a portfolio of customers autonomously. Our customers are a diverse group of SME's who are in need of financial expertise, some of these customers will need our help to tidy things up and others are looking for a stable set of hands.

**The Opportunity**

Our customer delivery team is at the coalface, connected through the Visory platform they work directly with business owners to deliver high quality bookkeeping, accounts payable and reporting services.

As a Bookkeeper you'll manage a portfolio of customers autonomously. Our customers are a diverse group of SME's who are in need of financial expertise, some of these customers will need our help to tidy things up, others are looking for a stable set of hands and others are looking for a scalable solution to support their growth, however all have one thing in common - they want to improve and streamline their financial back-office.

We are looking for bookkeepers or finance professionals that are obsessed with technology and improving processes, who love solving complex problems and implementing efficient solutions.

What you'll do:

- Deliver back-office finance services: You'll manage a portfolio of external customers, providing end to end bookkeeping services, including payables and receivables.
- Manage key processes: You'll be responsible for managing key processes involved in the delivery of our services, these include:

- Requests for customer information
- Bank reconciliations
- Preparation and processing of payment runs
- BAS preparation
- We will share jobs that we think are best suited to you, from there you will be complete the work via the Visory platform and through our partner software's.

Role Requirements:

- Passionate about Bookkeeping and obsessed with helping businesses grow
- A solid understanding of cloud accounting software and adjacent back-office technology with an understanding of automation
- Experience in Bookkeeping and or finance, from reconciliation to preparing complex reports
- Comfortable working remotely and using online messaging and video conferencing to engage with customers and team members
