**Magic Hand Carwash Franchisor** is looking for a senior Bookkeeper.
This is challenging role in need of a part-time (**three days per week**) MYOB online guru.
Highly skilled, fiscally minded, organised and efficient you will be reporting to the financial
controller and be responsible all accounts tasks for this business unit.
The role is varied and requires someone that likes a challenge, and day-to-day you will assist with:
- Accounts payable - processing of supplier invoices and preparation of
payments;
- Accounts receivable, including debt collection and payment processing;
- Payroll processing;
- Action weekend and monthly procedures;
- Balancing of sales and preparation of invoices and statements;
- Reconciliation of bank statements;
- Reconciliation of loan accounts;
- Bank and general ledger reconciliations;
- End of month management report preparation;
- Superannuation preparation and lodgements;
- Preparation of GST and IAS statements for lodgement via external accountants; and
- Various admin tasks for the company.
**Essential Skills**:
- A proven and solid bookkeeping experience, intermediate MS office knowledge and MYOB online skills.
- An intimate understanding of Australian payroll, GST and tax requirements (this is a must).
- Excellent attention to detail.
