**The role**

We are seeking a Lease Administration Manager to join our Retail team, overseeing the lease administration process from issuing letters of offer to lease execution and registration.

In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the Leasing department by managing new and renewed leases, as well as handling assignments, surrenders, options, and other legal documentation across our retail asset portfolio. With a strong focus on mitigating risk associated with legal contracts, you will work closely with Leasing Executives and external solicitors to ensure positive business outcomes.

**What you will be doing**
- Preparing lease-related documents, including offer letters, disclosure statements, negotiation letters, and legal instructions.
- Coordinating lease execution and registration while ensuring compliance and risk obligations are met.
- Responding to lease negotiation requests (non-commercial terms) from external solicitors.
- Maintaining reporting and auditing of document status and outstanding asset-related matters.
- Building strong, professional relationships with solicitors, tenants/retailers, and internal teams.
