**YOUR TASK**:

- Realization of technical and economic offers of TCI (transport, Cranes and Installation) according to the specifications of the clients in time and form
- Specifically, the Tender Manager Region will have the following main functions:

- Study of the best erection strategy (cranes, installation and logistics(in the markets where we prepare the offers))
- Analyse the impact of the wind
- Study civil works for calculate the number of the crane disassembly's
- Align staff with Construction, H&S,Quality
- Review DG according each offer sent
- Study the offers sent by sourcing
- Validate schedule with planification
- Request and analyse road surveys
- Preparation RFQ
- Technical support to sales department
- Ensure compliance with all quality standards and legislation
- Report quality deviations occurring during installation, which can cause damage to personnel, environment or property
- Always ensure adherence to quality processes, including opening ServiceNow tickets /non-conformity reports (NCR)
- Create possible derogation/engineering approval Service Now

- Knowledge

Tendering Process

GPO Process

Nordex assembly processes and technologies

Crane strategies and capabilities for planning purposes

Wind impact on assembly activities (wind speed limitations)

General Documentation (Transport, access roads and crane guidelines)

Site Planner

Site Controller

Execution Readiness
- Skills

Analytic approach and ability to identify critical items

Structured working skills.

Excellent English language skills that allow to communicate effectively in both writing and in meetings or calls. Other languages are a benefit
- Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline. Other degrees will be considered proving an extensive experience in the wind industry (5 to 7 years)

Working in a matrix organisation of an international company.

MS Office, and Excel
- Certificates and training

Basis assembly process (Steel Tower & Concrete Tower) and relationships

Crane & Installation process training

Specific software (Autocad, Autoturn, Power BI, Excel, Google Earth, etc)

Wind risk tool
