Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tender and Grants Project Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in tender and grant submissions, stakeholder liaison, and data analysis.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the collection, management, and analysis of data and information in the development of tender and grant submissions. They will also liaise with internal and external stakeholders to meet tender submission deadlines, research and present information required for tender development, and source and analyze relevant quantitative demographic, industry, and business data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the collection, management, and analysis of data and information in the development of tender and grant submissions.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to meet tender submission deadlines.
  • Research and present information required for the development of tenders from internal and external sources.
  • Source and analyze relevant quantitative demographic, industry, and business data to provide meaningful analysis and reporting to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Australian working rights and a full Australian driver's license.
  • Tertiary level qualifications with well-developed research skills.
  • Highly developed planning, coordination, administration, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Strong skills in liaison, networking, and negotiation.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills using BI analytics and other tools.
