Overview
Document Production Specialist (3-month contract) – Clyde & Co.
This is an initial 3-month maximum term contract.
Responsibilities
Digital dictations and transcripts.
Transcribing court proceedings, meetings, interviews and teleconferences.
Processing and amending large, complex documents.
Conversion of documents to Clyde & Co format and styles.
Repairing corrupt documents.
Collating PDFs for extraction or deletion.
Managing multiple tasks/requests to ensure deadlines are met.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Document Production Specialist supporting multiple authors within a law firm environment.
Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Advanced transcribing skills.
Fast accurate typing, speed of at least 75 WPM with strong attention to detail.
Excellent spelling and grammar.
Professional and polished with clear and concise communication.
Collaborative and flexible approach.
Reporting Structure
All Document Production Specialists will report to the National Legal Support Manager.
