Product Disclosure Document Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the management and enhancement of our public investments business's suite of disclosure documents and related communications.
You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for supporting the investment disclosure document production process, with a focus on developing project timelines that are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate records of disclosure documents and related activities.
- Provide guidance on the structure of disclosure documents and the content itself.
As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders from various departments, including product, marketing, investment specialists, finance, investment risk, operations, compliance, and legal.
Key Responsibilities- Plan disclosure updates in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- C Coordinate a team of subject matter experts to prepare clear and concise descriptions of investment product features and strategies.
- Partner with marketing and web teams on the publishing of disclosure documents and associated collateral.
- Manage key communication initiatives, which can include significant event notices and legislative and/or product-related updates.
- A strong understanding of financial products and disclosure requirements with at least three years' demonstrated experience.
- Degree educated in a relevant field such as economics or finance.
- Proficiency in the use of preferred tools.
- Ability to be collaborative, organised, and co-ordinate multiple priorities with competing deadlines and meet tight timeframes.
- Exemplary attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
