Clyde & Co is recruiting a legal Document Production Specialist on an initial 3-month maximum term contract basis.Key responsibilitiesFollowing is an outline of the core responsibilities required of a Document Production Specialist.Digital dictations and transcripts.Transcribing court proceedings, meetings, interviews and teleconferences.Processing and amending large, complex documents.Conversion of documents to Clyde & Co format and styles.Repairing corrupt documents.Collating PDFs for extraction or deletion.Managing multiple tasks/requests to ensure deadlines are met.Job RequirementsWorking with Lawyers, Partners and Secretaries at all levels, you will need to have the following skills and experience:Minimum 5 years' experience as a Document Production Specialist supporting multiple authors within a law firm environment.Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Advanced transcribing skills.Fast accurate typing, speed of at least 75 WPM with strong attention to detail.Excellent spelling and grammar.Professional and polished with clear and concise communication.Collaborative and flexible approach.Reporting StructureAll Document Production Specialists will report to the National Legal Support Manager.
