Clyde & Co is recruiting a legal Document Production Specialist on an initial 3-month maximum term contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
Following is an outline of the core responsibilities required of a Document Production Specialist.
- Digital dictations and transcripts.
- Transcribing court proceedings, meetings, interviews and teleconferences.
- Processing and amending large, complex documents.
- Conversion of documents to Clyde & Co format and styles.
- Repairing corrupt documents.
- Collating PDFs for extraction or deletion.
- Managing multiple tasks/requests to ensure deadlines are met.
Job Requirements
Working with Lawyers, Partners and Secretaries at all levels, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Document Production Specialist supporting multiple authors within a law firm environment.
- Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Advanced transcribing skills.
- Fast accurate typing, speed of at least 75 WPM with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent spelling and grammar.
- Professional and polished with clear and concise communication.
- Collaborative and flexible approach.
Reporting Structure
All Document Production Specialists will report to the National Legal Support Manager.
