**In this role you will**:

- Develop strategies and frameworks that will support identification of simplification opportunities while meeting all policy and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with business leaders to re-engineer business processes that deliver better outcomes for colleagues and customers in a safely manner.
- Lead by example and support the team with their workload.

**What you will bring**:

- Track record of experience in financial services and experience in delivering change that positively impacts sustainable business performance.
- Previous experience in leading teams that deliver process improvements.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communications skills with the ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, businesses, and customers.
- Previous experience in Lean/Six Sigma or Process Engineering capability, and knowledge of Process Mining & Intelligence will be highly regarded.
