**We currently have a new and exciting opportunity for a Process Optimisation Analyst to join the team at our Camberwell Support Office. Reporting to the Process Optimisation Manager, will drive the delivery of Supply Chain optimization projects and initiatives while championing the best practices of the business improvement discipline.**:
**The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Analyse as-is process models, then compare them to to-be designs and determine necessary changes for arriving at improved state, then communicate these effectively to relevant stakeholders, building the case for change where necessary.
- Create in-depth root cause analyses for the highest-priority opportunities
- Proactively work with business unit/ business SMEs and perform gap analyses to identify continuous improvement opportunities across the organisation.
- Actively engage with stakeholders to ensure recommended solutions are in line with business needs
- Establish and set up best practices in relation to process optimisation tools, including project management methodology, processes, and deliverables management - Operational excellence tracker
- Facilitate workshop with relevant stakeholders/teams to capture AS-IS and TO-BE processes
- Facilitate training for relevant stakeholders/teams
- Process governance and sustainability confirmation 3 months after initiative is implemented
- Manage virtual and on-site operational excellence wall - initiative/project tracker
- Responsible for the measuring, monitoring and communication of implemented processes and quality performance against agreed KPI's. Examine processes holistically to understand the impact of changing them on people, strategy, systems, and general business operations
- Support that process optimisation initiatives and deliverables are aligned with the long term and tactical business requirements.

- Strong domain knowledge of supply chain - supply and demand planning, DC, and retail operations
- Proven ability to accurately diagnose business problems/opportunities based on process and data analysis
- Ability to translate complex technical and/or statistical analysis into plain English
- Passionate about process improvements
- The ability to effectively prioritise and action key factors which are having the most negative impact on business
- Superior stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Process Mapping tools Visio highly regarded
- SAP experience highly regarded
- Project management experience highly regarded

**Education/ Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce or related discipline that involves the process improvements skills (financial management, project management, economics,)
