Our Federal Government client is seeking an
**Executive Assistant** to support an Assistant Secretary.

**About the role**:

- Provide secretariat support in a varied and dynamic work environment
- Prepare general correspondence
- Respond to stakeholder needs and expectations
- Work without direct in-office supervision on a daily basis and achieve required outcomes in a timely manner
- Establish effective working relationships

**Ideally you will have**:

- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to work in a high-pressure operational environment facing multiple deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to new challenges while remaining calm and composed
- Ability to behave professionally, using good judgement and common sense
- Maintain a strong work ethic with the ability to set and deliver on priorities
