**The Opportunity**:
We have an incredible opportunity on a fixed term
- part
- time basis for a Payroll Coordinator to join our Melbourne Office. Become apart of the broader Finance team and coordinate the flow of information to our outsourced provider & liaise with Urbis internal stakeholders. **You Will**:

- Accurately review and manage the payroll for all Urbis employees Contribute to city shaping thought - leadership pieces.
- Maintain accurate records of individual employee leave entitlements.
- Regular checking to ensure data integrity within different systems.
- Provide appropriate employee related reports to internal stakeholders.
- End of month and annual statutory reporting requirements in line with relevant legislative requirements.
- Provide general advice and responses to management and staff on payroll, leave and associated enquiries.

**About You**:
**This role is ideally suited to someone with**:

- Minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar role for a medium sized company or larger.
- Experience with Micropay payroll system (version 7.1.1) and ESS.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Experience of working in a professional services environment is preferred.
- Proven reconciliation skills.
