Accurate and timely payroll processing is a critical function in any organization.
This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of payroll transactions, responding to employee queries on payroll matters, and providing payroll reports and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process fortnightly payroll transactions with precision and speed
- Provide expert advice on payroll-related matters to employees
- Prepare and deliver detailed payroll reports and analysis
- Relieve the Payroll Manager during absences
- Manage employee records using Dynamic 365 and PayFocus/ADP Payforce
- Coordinate superannuation payments through the super clearing house
To excel in this position, you will need strong experience in payroll management, including an understanding of Australian payroll regulations. Your attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and excellent communication skills will also be essential.
