
Payroll Administrator/Financial Coordinator

Our organization is a prominent manufacturer of abrasives with a collaborative team offering excellent flexibility.
Key Responsibilities- Process payroll for approximately 200 employees while performing HR administrative duties.
- Ensure the efficient and effective management of all payroll functions.
- Coordinate and manage end-of-month requirements for various companies within the Pacific.
- Prepare weekly, fortnightly, and monthly wages for electronic payment.
- Generate weekly production reports.
- Create end-of-month reports, journals, leave liabilities, group and payroll tax, superannuation, and headcounts for the group of companies and reconcile the same.
- Perform end-of-year reconciliations and group certificate preparation.
- Coordinate HR team meetings, including document preparation.
- Draft employee communications and paperwork for new starters and terminations.
- Assist the HR Director and Manager in completing management and group reporting requirements.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in ADP Globalview SAP.
- Proficient in Excel.
Essential Qualities- Strong project management and multi-tasking capability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good people manager.
