We are seeking a Grants Advisor Sport to join our team on a temporary full-time basis up to June 2026. The role will be based in our Sydney Olympic Park office, offering flexible hybrid work arrangements.

Our work is spread across NSW, with ten Sport and Recreation Centres, five Olympic Sport Venues and offices throughout the state.

**About the role**

The Grants Advisor Sport is responsible for coordinating the delivery of grant programs for sporting organisations, associations and grassroots sports across NSW, and providing advice to organsiations who have received funding through the Office of Sport.

In this role, you will be required to:

- Facilitate and coordinate the planning and delivery of Sport grant programs, including scheduling, and opening of program rounds and assessments.
- Coordinate the administration of funding and grants, including the preparation and management of funding agreements, variations and acquittals.
- Monitor and regularly report on the grants budget and the disbursement of grants to successful applicants, ensuring compliance with public sector accounting standards, practices and relevant statutory requirements.
- Draft correspondence, briefing notes and reports to ensure the provision of quality and timely information.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes to ensure accessibility of quality information and contribute to the achievement of project outcomes.

**About you**
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of government and public sector processes, policies, objectives and relationships as they relate grant administration.
- Experience in developing and analysing financial reports.
