About This Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Grants Administrator to facilitate and coordinate the planning and delivery of sport grant programs.

The role will be based in our Sydney office, offering flexible hybrid work arrangements. Our team works across NSW, with ten Sport and Recreation Centres, five Olympic Sport Venues and offices throughout the state.

About Your Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate grant administration, including preparation and management of funding agreements, variations and acquittals.
  • Maintain project documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes.
  • Draft correspondence, briefing notes and reports to ensure timely information provision.

About You:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of government processes, policies and relationships as they relate grant administration.
  • Experience in developing financial reports.
