Expert Sports Solutions Consultant

We're seeking a skilled and results-driven Solutions Consultant to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll play a key part in helping us expand our customer base across APAC, focusing on delivering exceptional pre-sales and post-sales experiences.

As a trusted advisor, you'll be responsible for providing expert support to sports organizations, empowering them to improve their coaching, performance analysis, and recruitment processes. Your expertise will help drive growth, efficiency, and revenue targets.

  • Drive Growth: Contribute to the expansion of our customer base in APAC.
  • Enhance Efficiency: Assist sports organizations in streamlining their coaching, performance analysis, and recruitment processes.
  • Making an Impact: Provide comprehensive support throughout the pre-sales, pro service, and product innovation phases of our elite customer journey.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Consulting Expertise: Proven experience in consulting or pre-sales methodologies for elite sports teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong understanding of sports science and effective collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional Communication: Ability to effectively qualify sales opportunities and convey ideas and solutions to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Goal-Oriented: Motivated by improving the customer experience and achieving revenue goals within your team and region.
  • Customer-Centric: Prioritize customer needs and strive to deliver exceptional technical pre-sales and solution consulting.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficient in scientific methods and numerical data analysis.

The compensation package includes a salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 AUD and on-target earnings of $110,000 - $150,000 AUD.
